Top Saj began in 1980, when our grandmother started making traditional saj in Faraya, Lebanon.
What began as a family tradition became Top Saj—and more than four decades later, we are still here, in the same location where it all started.
From Our Grandmother to Today
Through the years, Top Saj has remained a family business. Today, the tradition continues with the next generations of our family, carrying forward the recipes and methods that have been part of Top Saj since the beginning.
The equipment and the times may evolve, but the idea remains simple: traditional saj, prepared the way our family knows it.

1980 — It Begins
